Food Zone
This year at Africa Day, there were several African food vendors offering a wide variety of authentic African food and drinks for visitors to purchase.
Visitors were invited to come along to the Food Zone for a unique culinary experience. Food on sale ranged from chicken tagine, cumin and sweet potato chicken, cinnamon baked bananas and Tanzanian chicken curry.
There were also various concessions selling coffee, tea and other drinks located throughout the Africa Day site.
For those wishing to bring their own food and drinks, there was a picnic area available for use.
